If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, I will refund you. The item must be returned to me, in good condition within 7 days of receipt. It is best to obtain a 'proof of posting' receipt from the Post Office as I cannot refund on items returned that are 'lost in the post' and All That Glitters Vintage will not be held responsible fo ritems lost in the post.

Please ensure that it is packaged well as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred in the return of the goods.

Refunds can only be made to the original card holder of the purchase.

We  reserve the right to refuse a refund.

We will refund the purchase price paid by you but not the original delivery charges and we do not pay for the return postage costs.

Return instructions will be included once you have emailed with me stating why you are not satisfied with your purchase. All relevant forms must be filled in accurately before a refund can be applied.

You can return your item via the Post Office or International equivalent. We advise using Royal Mail within the UK and a tracking service as proof of Posting. Please keep this in a safe place until your refund has been made. Please note Royal Mail will cover your parcel against theft or loss only if you pay for use of their Special Delivery service.
